Wildfox SS14 Press Day

Over the past two days, Dust PR presented the Wildfox’ SS14 collection and Wildfox Kids to press, bloggers and stylists.

Wildfox has a beach flavoured collection in store for SS14, in neons and pastels that is also reflected in the extensive denim collection and a new range of accessories as well as new swimwear in sophisticated cuts and prints.

Fashion editors at the two day press event included Company, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Grazia Italy, InStyle, Tatler Russia and Vogue, You Magazine, Love, Tank, XXY, Schön! Magazine, as well as bloggers Liberty London Girl and Peony Lim.

InStyle Magazine’s Fashion Manager Sophie Fairclough thought that the jumpers had progressed and were really cute and very wearable. She particularly liked the seashell jumper that Gala Gonzalez also rated when she came to the showroom, while Shelly Vella, Fashion and Style Director at Cosmopolitan Magazine UK thought the extensive denim collection was fantastic. Stylist Harriet Vennry commented ‘I love the Lobster jumper it’s so random but so necessary. I normally don’t wear a lot of colour but that is straight up my alley.’

The collection was also well received by the international fashion press. Carlotta from Grazia Italy loved the swimwear and predicted that the shapes would be popular in Italy in the summer ahead. Emily Attrill from Vogue Russia said, ‘the Russian customers will be really drawn to this denim and sunnies range – it is really daring and on-trend’.

As for Wildfox Kids that is bringing out a new range during SS14 in the UK, Catherine Hudson, Beauty & Fashion Writer at Junior Magazine stated that ‘Wildfox Kids would make a great ‘mini-me’ story’ and Mum bloggers Elizabeth & Natalie from Style me Sunday Blog loved the slogans on the tees, ‘I am sure kids will have a lot of fun wearing these clothes.’
