Having just dropped into UK stores, Finders Keepers’ latest spring collection Field of Dreams remind us that we will reap what we sow.
Regardless of what your dreams are made of, working a little bit towards them every day no doubt is going to pay off. Even if you are still at the figuring out stages of your life’s dreams, understand how the process of building a field is a perpetual cycle of doing and waiting. Allow your dreams to develop. Aim as high as you can, for it is only fear that prevents dreaming and doing. Play with ideas, work with them, reflect on them and trust yourself and life because it will all work out in the end. Take it from the ‘Dean of Personal Development’ Earl Nightingale: ‘Never give up on your dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.’
Seeped in mystery and hope, Finders Keepers’ Field of Dreams collection’s story starts with a bed of roses, a print that is used throughout the collection on jeans, tops, dresses and jackets. A palette of blue, ivory, grey, mint, nude and black is punctuated with metallic finishes, checkered sequins and cut-out and big mesh detailing. Their denim and knit injection introduces fuchsia and blue ombre into the mix, elevating the stakes and encouraging a dress-for-success attitude, even on the most casual of days.
With some inspiring attention to detail, the Wake Up Call t-shirt and dress and the Young Love Knit feature studded and sparkly shoulders that take these pieces from cute to coveted. Cut-out backs on the Move On Dress and First Love Jumper Dress are subtle yet sexy. The flattering lines on the Sunday Morning Shorts and Sweet Goodbye Dress are absolutely irresistible. Be reminded, dreamers: if you build it, they will come!
