The X Factor Style Wars begin in Birmingham

Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland at the X Factor auditions in Birmingham

Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland knew they had to make an entrance for their first day of X Factor auditions in Birmingham if they stood any chance of getting the spot light off the previous judges, Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue.

And what a start to the now famous ‘X Factor Style Wars’! Rife between the contestants, but more so with the female judges, the competition for the X Factor fashion crown has begun!

Tulisa covered up in a quirky jumpsuit and completed her make-over with sophisticated and glamorous hair and make-up. Kelly, on the other hand decided that showing skin (and plenty of it) was the way forward, and bared slightly more than necessary in a acid yellow lace crop top and skater skirt.

Tulisa, congratulations, you won this round!

But wait, there’s one more fashionista who may just give Kelly and Tulisa a run for the fashion crown. Caroline Flack has just been appointed as the Xtra Factor presenter, and we love her laid back but glamorous style. (we also like how she celebrated her new job in SpiritHoods, below!)
